A small number of colleges and universities stop students from downloading large programs or executable files to prevent anyone from hogging bandwidth or accidentally downloading malicious software. If that is the case at your school, there are a few other ways to get the software:
- You may be able to get the download on a different internet connection, such as a family member's home, a public coffee house, or a restaurant.
- Speak with your professor. Since all your classmates will have the same problem, they may have contacted us already for a workaround.
- Fill out a support ticket and let us know your situation. We will help you get the software a different way.
