By default, our software programs appear at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If your screen is smaller than this, the monitor does not meet the minimum system requirements for running the software. See this article if the content of the software is a normal size but the software window itself is too large for your monitor.
If your monitor has a resolution of at least 1024 x 768 but the content of the software seems to be zoomed in and does not fit inside the window, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Check to see if screen magnification is enabled on your computer. This will zoom everything on your computer to a larger size. This causes problems in our software program, so be sure to set magnification to default (100%) while running the software.
- Our software programs are set to use a specific font and font size. If there is a problem on your computer where the font is deleted or the size is changed, your computer will auto-assign a different (often larger) font in its place, which gives text the appearance of being zoomed in. This is indicative of a "permissons issue" on your computer, which means that the software program is being blocked from accessing the files it needs to run correctly. For some possible solutions, see this article.
