Usually if you see an error message about a corrupt archive, it means that the download was not fully completed, and your computer is unable to run a partial file. This could be caused by several factors such as a bad internet connection, antivirus software, malware on the computer, or a network speed/security restrictions (this can be implemented by IT on college campus networks).
The only solution is to delete the corrupt files and try the download again. If the link in your confirmation email no longer works and your code is marked as used, please fill out a support ticket. We can re-enable your download code.
In the next attempt, make sure to temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software you have enabled. Try the download on a different internet connection if possible. We also recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox rather than Internet Explorer, and cancel any other downloads running at the same time.
