If your copy of the software asks you for a username and password, then you are using a special version of the software made for use on college-owned computers, especially library and lab computers. Because this version of the software is set up by someone on your campus, either someone in campus IT or your professor will assign you a username, and you set up your own password the first time you log in. If you forget your password, you will need to have your password reset by that same person. For security reasons, we do not have access to these passwords and cannot reset them ourselves.
If you are using a personal computer and are asked for a password, this prompt may be coming from your operating system rather than our software program itself as the software does not require a password.
